Directions By Road

From M1 (North and South) and M69 (East)

• Exit the motorway at Junction 21 (M1)
• Follow the signs for the city centre via Narborough Road (A5460)
• After 3 miles turn right on to Upperton Road at the main set of traffic lights after the petrol station on your left. (follow signs to Royal Infirmary)
• Continue over the River Soar
• Straight over the roundabout onto Walnut Street
• The stadium in Approximately ½ mile ahead.
• Stay in right hand lane to access Main Reception and follow road round stadium (Right hand lane) to access Crumbie Car Park.

From A6 (South)

• Coming in via London Road
• Car garage on right, left at roundabout onto Victoria Park Road (signs for Freemans Common Ind Estate)
• Main set of traffic lights and cross roads turn right onto A5199 towards city centre (stay in left hand lane)
• Straight through 1 set of traffic lights
• Turn right on to Aylestone Road
• The stadium and access to Crumbie car park are on your right hand side

From A5199 (South)

• Follow signs for city centre
• Main set of traffic lights and cross roads, straight on towards A5199/ city centre (stay in left hand lane)
• Straight through 1 set of traffic lights
• Turn right on to Aylestone Road
• The stadium and access to Crumbie car park are on your right hand side

From A426 (South)

• Follow signs for the city centre, coming in via Aylestone Road
• The stadium and access to Crumbie car park are on your right hand side.

From A47 (East)

• Follow signs for the city centre coming in via Uppingham Road
• Straight on at the roundabout towards the city centre and central ring road A594 (railway station)
• St Georges Way past the train station on your left (stay in right hand lane)
• Bear left (middle lane) towards central ring A594
• Bear right onto Waterloo Way (not A6)
• Stadium ahead in approx 1 mile
• Keep right at traffic lights to follow road around stadium (through three sets of traffic lights)
• Turn right on to Aylestone Road
• The stadium and access to Crumbie car park are on your right hand side.


Parking is not available at Leicester Tigers on match days. Parking spaces are available at the King Power Stadium, a 10-minute walk away, for £6 per car, per match. Pre-book online at www.leicestertigers.com/parking or with the Tigers ticket office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2).

The King Power Stadium is just a 10 minute walk to Welford Road. You can catch our complimentary shuttle bus leaving from the layby outside the King Power Stadium, travelling to Welford Road from 2 hours before the match regularly until kick-off. There is also a free return shuttle leaving from Bus stop 3 outside Nelson Mandela Park travelling back to King Power Stadium running regularly for two hours after the final whistle.

Directions By Bus

Tigers run five dedicated bus services in conjunction with Arriva. Buses arrive at Welford Road 30 minutes before kick-off, dropping off at Nelson Mandela Park. Departure from the ground is 30 minutes after the final whistle, leaving from Tigers Way. Tickets cost £6 return for adults and £5 for children and concessions.

These times are for a 3pm kick-off and will change in line with the kick-off time (for other kick-off times please phone 0116 242 3670).

Park and Ride

Are you coming from the south west? If it's easier for you to park outside of the city centre, there is now a new Enderby Park and Ride stop opposite the Leicester Royal Infirmary just off Aylestone Road! Park and the Ride runs every 15 minutes from 7am until 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Click here for more information.

1.20pm Oakham - Northgate opposite The Wheatsheaf
1.40pm Uppingham - Bus stop on North Street East

2.03pm Bushby - Bus stop outside No.913 Uppingham Road
2.06pm Leicester - St Josephs Church, Uppingham Road prior to Goodwood Road
2.30pm Arrive at Welford Road

T3 runs from Nuneaton to Welford Road with the following stops:

1.36pm Hinckley - Bus stop on Hawley Road near railway station

Directions By Rail

London Road Railway Station is a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Upon arrival turn right out of the station, cross the road, turn left on to Waterloo Way, continue to the top of the hill onto Tigers Way and Welford Road is directly in front. Disabled Facilities

Leicester Tigers are dedicated to providing individual customer attention to reflect the differing needs of disabled supporters. We are continually striving to develop our levels of service, fully adopting the ethos of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA).

We have a total of 100 wheelchair spaces located in the MET-Rx, Goldsmiths and Holland & Barrett Stands. Tickets purchased in these designated disabled areas will be provided with a complimentary assistant ticket.

Proof of disability is required when applying for tickets within the designated disabled areas. The proof required is either a copy of your entitlement to care and/or mobility component of the disability living allowance or a copy of your blue badge.

Welford Road provides:

• Designated parking on-site, subject to availability.
• 100 Wheelchair bays managed by match-day stewards.
• Admittance for guide dogs on request.
• Disabled toilet facilities throughout the stadium.
• Dedicated seating for ambulant and visually impaired supporters.
• Catering facilities available throughout the stadium.
• Hearing loop available in all customer contact points including the main reception area and ticket office.
• All conference, banqueting and meeting facilities are also fully accessible to disabled people.
